Abstract

Since independence, Morocco has gone through a number of stages in the field of guaranteeing the rights of people with disabilities, and the right to education and training is considered among the most important of these rights. The path of full inclusive education in the education system has witnessed three basic milestones : special education, inclusive education and full inclusive education. The latter came as a culmination of this path, and it was incorporated into the National Program Of Full Inclusive Education, which was attached with the creation of an educational social assistant as a new component in the Moroccan school. In this article we will attempt to reveal the relationship between full inclusive education and educational social assistants, by emphasizing the role of this assistant in bringing the full inclusion to life through their intervention, which will take different forms as stipulated in the global plan of the ministry that includes the functions of social, administrative and educational assistants
